Network Solutions

From the central office to the subscriber — and every access point in between. FZ Tech designs, molds and ships the composite enclosures, cables and terminals that keep fiber networks underground and operational for decades.

Fiber to the Home

FTTH Network Architecture

One factory supplies every segment of the FTTH network — feed, distribution and drop. Composite enclosures keep splice points protected and serviceable; cables carry the signal; terminals complete the last meter.

Central Office SMC handhole — splice point Distribution handhole Home ADSS / Figure-8 cable Cable & microduct in ground duct — splices protected at every handhole
How the segments fit together: the aerial feed cable lands at a composite handhole, splices stay protected and re-enterable underground, and the drop completes the last meter to the home.
Feed

Central Office to Neighborhood

Aggregated fiber traffic from the central office toward the neighborhood distribution point. Aerial and duct routes with high fiber-count cables that minimize make-ready and civil work.

Distribution

Neighborhood to Curb

Fiber routes through handholes, splice closures and distribution terminals close to the subscriber. Corrosion-free composite access points keep crews safe and fiber protected at every splice and splitter.

Drop

Curb to Home

The final fiber drop from the distribution point to the premises. Compact, pre-connectorized terminals and NIDs mount on walls, in pedestals or at grade for fast, predictable installation.

Municipal & Utility

Underground Infrastructure for Cities & Utilities

Municipal networks punish traditional concrete and cast-iron hardware — road salts, soil chemicals and stray current eat them from the outside in. FZ Tech’s SMC composite manholes, handholes and covers are molded in one shot, so there is no corrosion path and no grounding requirement.

Where our chambers live: traffic-rated manholes under roadways and driveways, light-duty handholes along sidewalks, and duct crossings for utility corridors — all corrosion-free, no grounding needed.
Streets & Roadways

Drivable Access Chambers

Traffic-rated composite manholes and handholes for streets, parking lots and light commercial driveways. Tier 22 covers handle real vehicle loads without the weight of concrete.

Sidewalks & Pedestrian

Light-Duty Handholes

Compact handholes for sidewalks, medians and pedestrian zones where heavy vehicle loads are not expected. Tier 15 rated for occasional light traffic and maintenance vehicle access.

Specialized Enclosures

Valve boxes, PP handholes and custom-configured enclosures for water, gas, electric and intelligent transportation systems. Molded-in cable ports and mounting brackets available.

Why municipalities switch to composite

1

60+ year service life

Immune to rust, road salts and soil chemicals. No maintenance, no replacement cycle.

2

Lightweight = lower install cost

Two installers and standard tools. No crane, no road closure, no heavy equipment.

3

Tier-rated for real traffic

Covers and chambers rated to Tier 15 and Tier 22. Anti-slip surfaces stay safe in wet conditions.
